In respect of the whole core flame retardant conveyor belt, its whole core is processed by dipping in PVC paste, plasticization or vulcanization, thus, the conveyor belt has high tensile strength, high freight volume, transportation balance and such desired properties as flame retardant, anti-static electricity, impact resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
The product is mainly suitable for underground transportation in coal mine and for material transportation in metallurgy and chemical industry. The whole core flame retardant conveyor belt is classified into PVC type and PVG type. Upper coating and lower coating for PVC type are PVC cover rubber and the single-sided rubber is equal to or more than 1.0mm. Upper coating and lower coating for PVG type combine nitrile rubber and PVC and the single-sided thickness is 1.5mm-4.5mm. The conveying dip of PVC conveyor belt is less than 16', the conveying dip of PVG conveyor belt is less than 20'and both of them can be used for surface transportation and underground transportation in the coal mine.
