Embedded coil tear-resistant conveyor belt
Adopt the new structure as the tension element between the core rubber of steel cord conveyor belt and cover rubber, and the sensors are embedded in certain longitudinally interval.
1.Micro-computer controlled, when tearing in belt is detected and the an alarm is sent out and give the instruction to stop running automatically.
2.When the running speed of conveyor belt is unusual or reduced to the set speed of stopping the belt, an alarm signal is sent out and the conveyor belt will stop run automatically.
3.It has memory function and displays the belt running data and condition.
